A bloody, disgusting, sanguineous movie..
Almost every scenes are full of BLOOD and TOOLS.....
Watch how the tools they created to kill those peoples..

The first scene that you will see..

I really can't believe that i still can finish my food instead of vomiting it out when i'm watching THIS!!
It look so real..
His brain, his stomach, his skull, his ribs.....
I wonder how they did that?!
